Driving a car carries risks, accidents are not always preventable. The damage needs to be repaired and luckily our cars are well insured. Just like many insurances there is a "Deductible Amount" (Gross Insurance) of costs that must be paid by the renter first. In the event of damage caused during your rental period, this 'Deductible Amount' (Gross Insurance) will be charged to you. To find out about the safety of the vehicle you have rented, please do not hesitate to ask us.

You often hear stories about rental car damage. For this reason, we always check the vehicle together with the renter. In case of any damage upon receipt, we will record it. This will prevent discomfort! Also, when delivering the vehicle back, we will record the damage if any. In case of damages we will inform you how we will proceed. You will always be well informed!

When you collect your rental car, you must have your driver's license and passport or ID with you. This is an additional check, we will need to verify our customers for security purposes. However, we are obliged to copy these documents.

The most important rental terms:

• You must have at least 1 year valid Driving License and your age must be between 20 and 75 years. Also, identification with a passport or identity card must be done. If you are younger or older, please contact us and ask about features. If you do not hold a European Driving Permit, you must have an International Driving Permit.
